Spring Meadows at Lansdale
Deborah arrived at Spring Meadows in May 2012. She has brought not only her engaging smile and positive energy to Spring Meadows but also more than 20 years of education and experience in the healthcare field. Deborah received her nursing education at Reading Area Community College and has gone on to further that with certifications in Hospice nursing, DPW PCH administrator; medication trainer; fire safety trainer and PCH administrator trainer. This background in education compliments her clinical experience and provides an excellent resource for the Sales and Admissions department at Spring Meadows at Lansdale.
Spring Meadows at Lansdale is unique in that it is licensed for 150 personal care beds. The 127 rooms cover nearly an acre on the 4 acre property. Each of the six wings meet at the spacious core area at the center of the building. The core area which is approximately 7500 sq.ft, houses the Lobby, “House in the House” /Media room with a seating capacity of 30; Hairdresser salon, Bistro (which is complete with reading area and complimentary beverages and light refreshments), Physical Therapy department, Activity Center, two social settings and Dining Room with a seating capacity for 75.
Spring Meadows, where the focus is on the unique needs of each resident, offers four room choices and four individualized levels of care. Our professional staff complete with a Registered Dietician, Registered and Licensed Nurses and full complement of direct and ancillary staff provide our seniors with gentle assistance and accomplished skills that are individually tailored to meet their needs.
Spring of 2014 will bring a newness to Spring Meadows as we prepare to re-open two sections of the facility that have been closed for renovations. The Grand Re-opening will showcase rooms with handicap accessible bathrooms, enhanced dining experience and enlarged hygiene and grooming center. As throughout all rooms, a call bell system is in place as well as an overhead paging system which allows our staff to meet our senior’s needs in an efficient and timely manner.
